Situated in a prime position between Poole and Bournemouth, this two-bar operation is perfectly placed to benefit from strong passing trade and a large local community. The pub features a generous rear beer garden and additional outdoor space at the front, making it ideal for year-round trading. Currently trading at around 95% wet sales, the business enjoys a loyal following of local customers and families from the surrounding housing estates. Bournemouth University is also nearby, offering access to an additional and diverse customer base. With plans to become a Grandstand venue, the future potential is huge.
Significant opportunities exist to grow trade through sport, events, entertainment, and food, transforming the pub into a thriving local destination. We're looking for an experienced, sports-driven Pub Partner who thrives in high-energy, wet-led environments and knows how to create standout guest experiences week in, week out. Previous food experience is essential, with experience operating branded food offers a strong advantage. You'll be commercially focused, confident leading large teams, and passionate about using sport, atmosphere and great hospitality to drive results and make your pub the place everyone wants to be.
