We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant as soon as possible. We are looking for an applicant who has high expectations for all students and is committed to developing their full potential.
- Previous experience in working with ASD / SEND pupils is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good literacy, numeracy and ICT skills to support learning.
- Ability to promote independence and confidence, and be an excellent role model.
- Caring, positive and flexible attitude, with willingness to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work independently, using own initiative.
- Ability to work flexible hours as appropriate.
