We are seeking a highly motivated school caretaker to join our team to ensure that the school premises are well maintained, safe, secure and clean at all times.
The primary role of the caretaker will be to identify and undertake routine maintenance, repairs, improvement works and caretaker duties to the school site. This will include all types of maintenance such as plumbing, joinery, decorating and manual handling. The role will require somebody who takes pride in their job and who pays meticulous attention to detail.

The successful candidate will have relevant, recent experience of maintaining buildings, a knowledge of security, health and safety requirements and an ability to undertake routine DIY tasks to a high standard.
