King’s Academy Ringmer is seeking a Pastoral Officer to join our team. Working with the Assistant Principal, you will support welfare, safety, and inclusion, with a focus on vulnerable and disadvantaged students.
You will help manage behaviour support, track achievement and behaviour data, set detentions, oversee suspensions, and run the Ready for Learning room. You will play a key role in student reintegration using restorative practices.
