King's Academy Ringmer in East Sussex is seeking an Assistant Principal for Behaviour, Culture and Ethos to join the Senior Leadership Team. You will promote high standards of behaviour, support student wellbeing, and work with staff, parents and external agencies to realise our vision of a respectful, inclusive school.
This role reports to the Principal, salary range L11-L15 on the Leadership Pay Spine, and will be negotiated based on experience.
