The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.

About the Role: As an LSA, you will play a key role in helping all children access learning and thrive:

  • Support pupils within the classroom alongside the class teacher
  • Provide 1:1 support to children with additional needs
  • Work with small groups to boost learning and confidence
  • Help build positive relationships and a sense of belonging

You’ll be an important part of creating a nurturing, inclusive environment where all children are encouraged to reach their full potential. The post-holder will demonstrate the Trust values of Honesty, Faith, and Courage, modelling professionalism, compassion, and a commitment to putting pupils first.

Experience in a similar role or supporting children with SEND is an advantage, but not essential—we value the right mindset and passion most of all.
