Are you a proactive, hands‑on professional who takes pride in creating safe, welcoming and well‑maintained environments?

We're looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to play a vital role in keeping our academy running smoothly.

As our Site Supervisor, you'll lead the day‑to‑day management of our buildings and grounds, ensuring they are safe, secure, compliant and ready to support outstanding teaching and learning.

From overseeing maintenance and managing contractors to leading site staff and championing health and safety, no two days are the same.

  • What you'll be doing
  • Leading the day‑to‑day operation of the academy site and supervising the site team
  • Managing maintenance, repairs and planned improvement works
  • Ensuring the academy meets all health and safety and statutory compliance requirements.
  • Acting as the main keyholder, overseeing site security and responding to emergencies when required.
  • Coordinating contractors and monitoring the quality of work delivered.
  • Maintaining high standards across the buildings, grounds and outdoor spaces.
  • Supporting academy events, lettings and the wider school community.
  • Building positive relationships with staff, pupils, contractors and visitors.
