Hours: 22.5 hours per week (Job share role), term time only. Working pattern options: Wednesday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (30 minute unpaid lunch break).

We are looking to appoint an Admin Assistant to join our friendly and dedicated office team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate enthusiasm, resilience, initiative, strong time management, attention to detail, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. They will also be able to manage frequent interruptions, prioritise competing demands, and organise tasks efficiently in a busy office environment.

The role will include:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for parents, visitors and staff in our school.
  • Responsible for creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere at the school's front desk and providing administrative support as needed.
