As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA), you will:
- Build trusting relationships by encouraging and supporting pupils in a respectful, non-judgmental manner
- Work with students in class, small groups, and on a one-to-one basis
- Support pupils with a wide range of SEND needs, including Cognition and Learning, Communication and Interaction, Physical and Sensory Needs, and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH)
- Provide tailored support, from mobility and access to resources, to helping students regulate emotions and engage with learning
