We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join King & Moffatt Building Services and take ownership of mechanical project delivery from pre-construction through to handover. This is a key leadership role where you’ll drive programme delivery, commercial performance, quality, and client relationships across complex M&E projects.

Job Description
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing mechanical project delivery from pre-construction handover through to completion
- Managing project budgets, cost control, and commercial performance alongside Quantity Surveyors
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and main contractors
- Managing subcontractor performance, productivity, and quality standards
- Identifying and managing project risks, variations, and technical challenges
- Ensuring all works are delivered safely and in line with EHSQ requirements
- Providing regular progress updates, reporting, and forecasting to senior management
- Driving quality standards and snag-free delivery across projects

What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 7+ years’ experience within the M&E/Mechanical Building Services industry
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project financials
- Valid CSCS Black Card
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, commissioning, and project delivery processes
- Experience using MS Project, Asta, Procore, Fieldview, or similar platforms
- Ability to manage fast-paced, technically complex projects
- Membership of CIOB, APM, or CIBSE
- Experience managing multidisciplinary M&E teams
