Senior Chef de Partie

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Chef de Partie to join our vibrant Peruvian restaurant in the heart of Soho, Kingly Court.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled chef who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in delivering exceptional food with consistency and attention to detail.

About the Role

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen, supporting the team to maintain the highest standards of food quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook dishes to company specifications and quality standards.
  • Carry out daily food preparation and mise en place to ensure smooth service.
  • Maintain excellent food hygiene and health & safety standards at all times.
  • Support junior chefs through training and guidance where required.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Assist with stock rotation, waste control, and maintaining an organised kitchen.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie or an experienced Chef de Partie ready to step up.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of daily preparation.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
  • Passion for high-quality food and willingness to learn Peruvian cuisine.
  • Fully flexible to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK.
