What’s the job?
- Use insight to create and maintain an exciting and competitive OEB range
- Project manage all selected OEB projects/ranges from concept to delivery
- Lead a cross-functional team (designers, engineers, quality, brand, packaging, etc.) across OEB range development and validation
- Identify NPD opportunities, contribute to eligibility criteria, selling data, communication briefs, and product validation
- Analyze data to identify commercial potential for OEB ranges based on trends and insights
- Determine requirements for OEB product development based on business/category direction and customer insights
- Share responsibility for sales and margin performance of OEB products within the range
- Review ongoing performance of OEB products and coordinate remedial actions with banners to support overall range performance
