Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with team members across Group functions and Banners (B&Q, Screwfix and Castorama) level, delivering actionable and relevant insights and data.
- Interpret data, analyse results using statistical techniques and provide actionable recommendations for the business to take forward.
- Build clear and insightful reporting to help stakeholders understand the performance of key business areas.
- Support the analytics team with building the capability to enable the Group functions and Banners to self-serve with reporting and analysis.
- Support the team to locate and define new process improvement opportunities.
- Proactively engage and work with key stakeholders to leverage data to contribute ideas and opportunities to help define our roadmap actively.
- Collaborate with the wider Digital and Customer analytics team to support cross-team working and opportunities.
- Support the Group Measurement team in evolving our tracking to ensure best-in-class tracking of our website and app.
- Assist the broader analytics community at Kingfisher through collaboration and sharing insights among Group and Banner functions.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience of working in a Digital Analytics/data environment.
- Experience working across a range of tools:
- Digital analytics tools (Google Analytics or equivalent).
- Visualisation tools (Looker Studio, Power BI or equivalent).
- SQL environments (BigQuery, Databricks or equivalent).
