As a Programme Manager, you will lead transformative technology programmes that shape the future of retail, driving delivery across complex initiatives to create Better Homes, Better Lives, For Everyone.
Responsibilities
- Lead high‑impact programmes across technology and business teams, ensuring delivery excellence.
- Apply agile and hybrid delivery models to drive value and pace.
- Champion best practices in governance, planning and continuous improvement.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships across all levels, from product teams to C‑suite.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion and curiosity.
- Support and coach teams to create a high‑performance environment.
- Manage programme budgets and forecasts with accuracy and accountability.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading complex, multi‑stream programmes using agile and similar methodologies, including planning, dependencies tracking, risks & issue management, budget management and progress reporting.
- Able to communicate and influence effectively across all levels.
- Solid understanding of technology delivery in a retail or customer‑focused environment.
- Skilled in tools such as Jira, Miro, MS Project and Microsoft 365.
- Recognised qualification in project or programme delivery (e.g. PRINCE2, AgilePM, PMP).
