Sales Coordinator / Internal Sales / Customer Service – Redditch
£24,000 rising to £26,000 after training (expected 6 months)
Due to continued growth, you will be joining the small team that takes customers through the sales process from initial enquiry to a sales conclusion plus the creation of case studies for website publication. The company is a highly reputable family business that is financially independent with a well-established and successful business operation.
Responsibilities
- Take customers through the sales process from initial enquiry to a sales conclusion
- Assist in the creation of case studies for website publication
- Use customer service skills to help customers find the right solution for their individual needs
- Full product and service training will be provided
- Role suits applicants with customer-centric sales experience (e.g., Retail, property sale and lettings, internal sales, etc.)
- You will not be asked to carry out any cold calling or high-pressured sales activities
