Kingdown School is looking to appoint a confident and reliable Driver to cover morning attendance car transport for its students, ensuring they get safely to school. This is a fantastic, part‑time opportunity to join our dedicated team who is committed to helping all pupils believe, aspire and achieve.
Working hours: Part‑time (10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term‑time only, 38 weeks per year). Usual working hours will be 8am until 10am.
Contract: Fixed term (until 31st August 2027). Required: ASAP.

The successful candidate will have:
- A full, clean driving licence
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills and can liaise effectively with school staff and pupils
- A can‑do attitude with excellent practical and organisational skills
- The ability to prioritise and schedule effectively and efficiently
- Self-motivation, dedication and consistency
- Strong team player who can use their own initiative
- Awareness of health and safety requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role / as a minibus driver (desirable)
