Due to continued growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit an experienced Vinyl Signs and Graphics Installer to join our busy truck and van body shop based in Southampton, Redbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled installer who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and wants a stable, full-time role within a growing business.

Salary: £30,000 to £36,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, i.e. 40 hours per week, 30 minutes lunch (unpaid).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of vinyl graphics, decals, wraps, and signage to trucks, vans, and other commercial vehicles.
  • Preparation of vehicle surfaces to ensure a high-quality finish.
  • Interpretation of artwork, drawings, and job specifications.
  • Working alongside the bodyshop team to meet production schedules.
  • Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and cleanliness in the workshop.
  • Identifying and reporting any issues with materials or finishes.

Ideally, we are looking for:

  • Proven experience as a vinyl signs and graphics installer (essential).
  • Experience working on trucks, vans, or large vehicles (highly desirable).
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality finishes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good time management and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving licence essential.
