An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Kingdom Cleaning, we are seeking a detail-oriented Cleaning Contracts Manager to oversee and manage our cleaning contracts and operations.
The ideal candidate will ensure efficient execution of cleaning services, adherence to contract terms, and excellent customer satisfaction.
Where: Working at various sites in our South Region covering the Southwest & Wales areas., * Support the regional and account management teams with the cleaning operation within their area of responsibility.

Responsible for motivating and training the cleaning operatives to meet the business objectives.

Implement, monitor and control cleaning operations to ensure that Client and Company requirements are achieved.

Maintain a pipeline that enables the region to maintain and grow its cleaning business with existing and new named clients., Below is not an exhaustive list and any other reasonable and fair role relevant tasks may be added:

Install appropriate team headcount and structure against a methodology.

Control of team structure salaries and terms and conditions to recruit and retain the best talent possible to form effective teams.

Install written process, ownership, accountability, teamwork, and capability building.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

Recognisie and reward and maintain the right balance between colleague happiness and drive.

Supporting disciplinary and grievance & constructive management of conflicts.

Succession planning.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.

Install and embed best-in-class written process. Support relevant statutory compliance and other regulations.

Competent cleaning manager who has had previous experience in the cleaning industry.

Managing cleaners dealing with clients ordering stock ,wages controls and inputting

Growth goal and results orientated.

An effective verbal and written communicator at several levels and a strong presenter.

Software competent with Microsoft,word,excel.

Process and compliance driven.

Professional Qualifications & Licenses (holding or working towards a distinct advantage)

A Clean Full UK Manual Driving License holder.

A full five-year checkable employment history including a minimum of 2 work references, a personal credit check, right of work compliance.

Other appropriate professional qualifications.
Hours: On average 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 09:00am – 17:00pm or to suit the business needs.
Pay rate: £35,000.00 per annum, including Laptop, Phone & Car Allowance.
