About the Role
Kingdom Group is looking for a professional, reliable, and customer-focused Retail Security Officer to join our team at Tesco Tilbury Express, RM18 7QW.
As a key member of the store security team, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, colleagues, and visitors while delivering excellent customer service and supporting store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and visible security presence within the store.
- Deter theft, anti-social behaviour, and security-related incidents.
- Respond to incidents professionally and in line with company procedures.
- Conduct regular patrols throughout the store.
- Monitor CCTV systems where applicable.
- Support customers and colleagues in a friendly and approachable manner.
- Complete accurate incident reports and documentation.
- Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment at all times.
- Work closely with store management and colleagues to support operational requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Valid
- SIA Licence
(Door Supervision or Security Guarding).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, confident, and reliable approach.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Previous retail security experience is desirable but not essential.
