We are recruiting for Recruitment Account Manager.
£30,000 - £32,000 salary + £1,400 bonus
Blackpool and Blackburn (FY4 and BB1 area)
Travel required to both sites to support team so own transport is essential.
Previous experience in recruitment required.
For this role you will need own car.
Monday to Friday typically 09:00-17:00 (slight flexibility required)
May involve occasional weekend cover.

Kingdom People are recruiting for Recruitment Account Manager to support the team and work at one of our client's locations. It is mainly based in the office, however the element of shop floor presence in food and warehouse environment is required. Client operates within ambient environment and produces confectionery products.

The role:
Recruitment Account Manager will be expected to do the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):
- Recruiting production operatives to client's locations
- Managing senior client relationship
- Supporting the team with conducting inductions and training
- Driving to nearby sites to provide support or cover holidays in team
- Liaising with management regarding staff orders
- Developing client relationship
- General administrative duties
- On call duties during weekend may be required to support the team
Requirements:
Recruitment Account Manager will ideally need to fulfil the following requirements:
- Be able to work 8 hr shift
- Previous experience in recruitment is essential
- Being able to commute using own transport to Blackpool and Blackburn.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
