  • We are recruiting for Recruitment Administrator
  • £26,700 starting salary
  • Norwich (NR5 area)

Previous experience in recruitment not essential, however admin experience required.

40 hrs Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 with on call element over weekend (alternate weekend coverage).

Flexibility required around working hours as there may be need for early start (6am).

Permanent position

Kingdom People are recruiting for Recruitment Administrator to work at one of our client's locations.

The role includes driving to nearby sites so own transport is essential.

It is mainly based in the office, however the element of shop floor presence in food production and warehouse environment is required.

Full PPE will have to be worn (hair net, boots, overall - all provided).

The role

Recruitment Administrator will be expected to do the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):

  • Conducting check ins at client premises
  • Sending out attendance report to client
  • Conducting inductions/training
  • Liaising with management regarding staff orders
  • Updating documents on system
  • General administrative duties
  • On call duties required during alternate weekends

Requirements

  • Recruitment Administrator ideally need to fulfil the following requirements:
  • Be able to work 8 hr shift
  • Flexibility around weekends and early/late hours
  • Previous experience in recruitment is not essential, however admin experience desired
  • Being able to commute to Norwich using own transport
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
