We’re supporting a manufacturing company in New Milton who are looking to recruit a

Cleanroom Operative to join their production team on a day shift.

What’s the role all about?

This is a production‑based role working within a cleanroom environment , supporting manufacturing activities to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

You’ll be involved in a range of duties including machine operation, inspection and following strict cleanroom procedures.

Containment controls

Due to the nature of the environment, all staff must adhere to strict contamination control standards including:

  • No mobile phones in the cleanroom
  • No makeup
  • No jewellery or piercings
  • Full compliance with gowning and hygiene procedures

Key responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
  • Carry out visual inspections and quality checks on products
  • Follow SOPs, work instructions and cleanroom procedures accurately
  • Assemble and handle small precision components
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and contamination control
  • Record production information accurately using systems or paperwork
  • Work towards production targets without compromising quality
