Cleaning Supervisor (Part-Time - School Site)
Location: Abbeys Primary School, Melrose Avenue, Bletchley, Milton Keynes, MK3 6PS
Pay: £13.21 per hour
Hours: 12.5 hours per week (41 weeks per year)
Shifts: Monday-Friday, 15:00-17:30
Requirement: Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS
About the Role
Kingdom Cleaning has a great opportunity for a Working Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Abbeys Primary School in Milton Keynes.
This is a hands‑on role where you will lead by example, carrying out cleaning duties while supervising a small team to ensure high standards are maintained across the school in a safe and hygienic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting and supervising the cleaning team on‑site
- Carrying out daily cleaning duties across classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas
- Ensuring all areas are cleaned to a high standard and in line with school requirements
- Allocating tasks and supporting team members where needed
- Completing basic quality checks and reporting any issues
- Ensuring safe use of cleaning equipment and materials
- Reporting any maintenance or health & safety concerns
- Locking and securing areas where required
What We're Looking For
- Previous cleaning experience (essential)
- Supervisory or team leader experience (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and high standards
- Reliable with good timekeepingAbility to work independently and lead a small team
- Good communication and organisation skills
- A positive, 'can-do' attitude

- Full compliance checks including right to work and references
