Day Cleaner
Location: Tesla Manchester, M11 3RR
Pay: £13.45 per hour
Hours: On average 40 hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 (with 1 hour unpaid lunch)
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and professional Day Cleaner to join our team at Tesla Manchester, M11 3RR. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced cleaner to work in a prestigious, high-end office environment. You will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the site, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming workplace for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Hoovering, sweeping, and mopping floors
- Cleaning offices, meeting rooms, and communal areas
- Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
- Cleaning and maintaining kitchen and staff welfare areas
- Internal glass cleaning and removal of fingerprints from glass surfaces
- Emptying bins and managing waste disposal
- Replenishing cleaning supplies and consumables
- Stock ordering and stock control for cleaning products
- Following cleaning schedules and site procedures
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation throughout the site
What We're Looking For
- Previous commercial cleaning experience is essential
- Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance
- Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively
- Professional and presentable approach
- Good understanding of health, safety, and hygiene practices
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Additional Information
- Own transport is required due to the location of the site
- Applicants must be able to provide a full five-year checkable employment history
