We're currently recruiting for a Production Assembler / Production Operative to join a busy and well-established Hand Assembly team based in Farlington. This is a great opportunity for someone with assembly or manufacturing experience who enjoys precise, hands-on work in a structured production environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining high quality standards and would suit a candidate who is comfortable carrying out repetitive assembly and inspection of identical small components, while working to defined procedures and industry standards.
What you’ll be doing:
- Hand assembling connectors and small components
- Completing repetitive assembly and inspection tasks to specification
- Carrying out first-off and last-off inspections
- Performing quality check patrolling during production runs
- Ensuring all work meets quality and specification standards
- Working in line with EN9100 requirements and standard operating procedures
- Supporting additional production duties where required, including packing
What we’re looking for:
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Experience working with small components and fine hand assembly
- Ability to carry out repetitive tasks accurately and consistently
