We are looking for a
Production Technician to join our team in Bedhampton.
In this role, you will help build and assemble high-quality hydraulic pumps, motors, and generators used in civil and military aircraft.
What you'll be doing
- Assembling hydraulic pumps, motors, and generators
- Reading and following engineering drawings and work instructions
- Completing production paperwork accurately
- Carrying out visual and basic dimensional checks
- Ensuring products meet quality standards
- Working as part of a team to solve problems and improve processes
- Supporting 5S and continuous improvement activities
What we're looking for
- Experience in mechanical or electrical assembly
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings
- Good attention to detail and ability to work to small tolerances
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Previous aerospace manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
- Aerospace or manufacturing qualifications would be an advantage
