Facilities waste operative / Forklift operator
Are you a qualified Forklift Driver who loves staying active, working independently, and pulling in an excellent hourly rate? We have a fantastic opportunity based in Havant.
Role information
- Base rate of £13.65
- 8am - 4pm
- Monday - Friday
- Full Training Provided:
- Independent Role
Your daily duties will include:
- Safely operating Counterbalance trucks to keep the facility moving.
- Moving and collecting materials directly to and from the busy production areas.
- Supporting the management of waste and recycling operations across the site.
- Carrying out general facilities support duties, routine inspections, and minor building maintenance tasks to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
What We Need From You
- Either a valid, recognised forklift truck licence (Counterbalance).
- Experience within a warehouse, logistics, or industrial environment.
- The physical capability to handle lifting up to 20kg comfortably.
- A thick skin for a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
- Strong work ethic andpunctuality
