We are currently seeking an experienced

CNC Grinder Setter/Operator to join a busy and growing precision engineering company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating CNC grinding machinery, producing high-quality precision components to tight tolerances and ensuring production targets are met while maintaining excellent quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setting and operating CNC grinding machines.
  • Producing components to tight tolerances and high-quality standards.
  • Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Carrying out first-off and in-process inspections.
  • Making offsets and minor program adjustments as required.
