Kingdom People are recruiting for several Machine Operatives to work at one of our client's sites in Fakenham (NR21 8EH).
The customer is a leading food manufacturer (Vegetarian) that operates in ambient environment.
This role supports the Shift Manager and Team Leaders in running an efficient, high-performing production area, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Temporary to permanent available after minimum 12 weeks

The role
- Machine Operatives will be expected to do the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):
- Support the smooth and efficient running of the production line/area
- Maintain high standards of product quality, GMP, health & safety, and customer service
- Help deliver KPI targets with a well-trained and motivated team
- Operate a variety of production machinery
- Strip down, clean, and set up machines as required
- Promote open communication at all levels
Requirements
Machine Operatives ideally need to fulfil the following requirements
- Be able to work 12hr shift
- Previous experience is not required
- Being able to commute to Fakenham, NR21 8DH
- Basic communication in English (written and spoken)
