Kingdom is seeking an exceptional Divisional Director - Security North to lead regional business performance, customer success, operational excellence and profitable growth across our Security division.
This is a key leadership role with responsibility for a significant operational portfolio, leading large multi-site teams, developing strategic customer relationships and delivering sustainable business growth.
Working closely with Executive Leadership, you will help shape and execute Kingdom's long-term strategy while ensuring exceptional service delivery across the region.

The Role
As Divisional Director, you will be accountable for
- Regional revenue, profitability, EBITDA and operational performance.

- Proven responsibility for regional or divisional operational and financial performance.
- Experience leading large, multi-site operational teams.
