Cleaning Supervisor (Full-Time Permanent)
Location: Bank of New York, EC4V 4L
Pay: £16.59 per hour / Monthly Pay
Hours: Monday-Friday, 05:00-14:00 (40 hours per week)
Requirement: Own transport required and Basic DBS essential
About the Role
Kingdom Cleaning has an exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at a prestigious client site in London.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you will oversee daily cleaning operations, manage a team, and ensure all areas are maintained to the highest standards. You will play a key role in delivering a safe, hygienic, and professional environment for all building users.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising cleaning staff and allocating daily tasks
- Ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to a high standard
- Training new and existing staff on procedures, equipment, and health & safety
- Carrying out quality inspections and addressing any issues promptly
- Managing staff schedules, holidays, and absence
- Monitoring stock levels and ordering cleaning supplies as required
- Reporting maintenance issues and equipment faults
- Liaising with clients and handling queries professionally
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance, cleaning activities, and audits

- Previous experience supervising cleaning teams (essential/desirable)
