We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded Account Director to lead our prestigious Citi Group Cleaning Portfolio across London and the South East. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for client relationships, service excellence, commercial performance and account growth.
The Opportunity
This role is all about strategic account leadership.
You will act as Kingdom's senior representative across the Citi Group contract portfolio, developing trusted client partnerships, driving commercial performance and ensuring best-in-class service delivery through your operational leadership team.
The successful candidate will be highly customer-focused, commercially aware, and passionate about developing people, improving performance and creating long-term customer value.
What You'll Be Doing
As Account Director, you will:
- Lead the overall account strategy across multiple Citi Group contracts.
- Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, acting as Kingdom's primary brand ambassador.
- Ensure outstanding service delivery across all sites through robust operational structures and controls.
- Monitor performance through management information, reporting and service reviews.
- Drive account retention, contract development and strategic growth opportunities.
