Pay: £13.47 per hour / Weekly Pay (every Friday)
Hours: 0-48 hours per week (as per rota)
Shifts: 15:00-23:00 plus various shifts (including weekends)

About the Role
Kingdom Group, a key partner to Tesco, is expanding its Retail Security team at Tesco Fryston Road Express. We are looking for confident, professional, and reliable Security Officers to join our relief team. This is a flexible role within a modern, customer-focused retail environment, ideal for individuals who want to contribute to a high-performing, supportive, and award-winning organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting regular patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment
- Acting as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behaviour
- Monitoring premises and responding to incidents and emergencies
- Completing accurate reports and recording observations
- Working closely with store colleagues and fellow officers
- Managing challenging situations calmly and professionally
What We're Looking For
- Valid SIA Licence
- Full 5-year checkable work history
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional, confident, and reliable approach
- Good attention to detail and sound judgement
- Calm under pressure
- Previous security experience desirable but not essential

Additional Information
- You will be required to provide a full five-year checkable employment history
- You will receive a contract of employment from your employer separately
- Pay is provided weekly (every Friday) via HIVE 360 Payroll Services
- This role is initially on a temporary basis and not directly employed by Kingdom Service Group
- There may be the opportunity in the future to transfer onto a permanent Kingdom contract
- This is a relief role, so full flexibility is required, including early, late, and weekend shifts
