Hygiene Operative in Blackburn

We are recruiting for Hygiene Operative.

£12.90 Per hour

Blackburn (BB1 3BS)

Previous hygiene experience essential

Night shift Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday

Training will be done on days (approximately 3 months)

22:00-06:00

Full time role totals 36 hours per week

Temporary to permanent after 12 weeks.

Kingdom People are recruiting for hygiene operative to work at one of our client's sites in Blackburn (BB1). The customer is a leading confectionary manufacturer. The role will involve assisting in the cleaning process, ensuring that all facilities are kept up to the standards. The role will involve high level cleaning and training is provided.

The role:

Hygiene Operative will be expected to do the following tasks (list is not exhaustive):

• Waste collections. Dealing with all our waste streams.
• Floor cleaning both with a machine and mop.
• Organizing laundry
• Facilities cleaning , toilets , washrooms , canteen and locker rooms
• Assisting process and packing in specific cleaning in these areas.
• Drain cleaning
• Cleaning and organizing outside around the perimeter
• Other cleaning tasks when identified.

Requirements:

Hygiene Operativeideally need to fulfil the following requirements:

• Be able to work 8hr shift
• Previous experience desirable but not essential
• Being able to commute to Blackburn (BB1)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
