Hours: 31.25 hours per week

Shifts:

  • Thursday: 15:00 - 23:00
  • Friday: 15:00 - 23:00
  • Saturday: 15:00 - 23:00
  • Sunday: Scheduled shift as required

This role is ideal for someone who can maintain a strong security presence while providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrolling the store to ensure the safety of customers, colleagues, and premises
  • Acting as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behaviour
  • Monitoring the store and responding to incidents appropriately
  • Completing accurate reports and recording observations
  • Working closely with Tesco colleagues to support day-to-day operations
  • Managing challenging situations calmly and professionally

What We're Looking For:

  • Valid SIA Licence (essential)
  • Full 5-year checkable work history
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Professional, confident, and reliable approach
  • Good attention to detail and sound judgement
  • Previous security experience desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work the required shift pattern, including weekends

You will receive a contract of employment from your employer separately. This role is initially on a temporary basis and is not directly employed by Kingdom Service Group. There may be opportunities in the future to transfer onto a permanent Kingdom contract.
