About the Role
Looking for a role where you can make a real difference in your community? We’re recruiting Anti‑Social Behaviour Officers to support Brent Council, tackling anti‑social behaviour and improving community safety. This is a high‑impact, frontline role where you’ll engage with the public, support vulnerable individuals, and help address issues such as rough sleeping, street drinking, and disruptive behaviour.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Patrolling local areas to identify and respond to anti‑social behaviour
- Engaging with individuals involved in begging, rough sleeping, and street drinking
- Supporting vulnerable individuals by directing them to appropriate services
- Investigating incidents and managing complex casework
- Gathering evidence, preparing reports, and supporting legal proceedings
- Working with multiple agencies to resolve community issues
- Attending court when required
What We’re Looking For
- Confident communicator with strong people skills
- Calm, professional, and able to handle challenging situations
- Ability to defuse conflict and work with individuals from all backgrounds
- Good organisational and report‑writing skills
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically able to patrol on foot for long periods
- Flexible approach to working evenings and weekends
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential)
- Full 5‑year checkable work history required
- DBS check required

Other Details
You will be employed via an agency on behalf of Kingdom. A separate contract of employment will be provided. Opportunity to transfer to a permanent Kingdom contract may be available. Pre‑employment checks will be completed in line with requirements.
