We are seeking a highly skilled and meticulous Luxury
Packaging Technician to join our production team.
This role is focused on the creation of high-end, bespoke packaging solutions where precision and quality are paramount.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end hand-finishing and assembly of luxury boxes, ensuring every product meets our rigorous brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Precision Hand‑Finishing: Execute complex handwork tasks including full‑surface gluing, mounting, and lamination with a high degree of accuracy.
- Assembly & Construction: Work within an assembly line environment to construct rigid boxes, ensuring seamless joints and perfect alignment.
- Quality Control: Conduct continuous inspections throughout the production process to identify and rectify any defects in material or finish.
- Workflow Management: Manage individual tasks to meet strict production deadlines without compromising on the aesthetic quality of the final product.
- Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a tidy and organized workbench and production area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Requirements
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in print finishing or high‑end luxury packaging.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated ability in full‑surface gluing and the application of various laminates and fine papers.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a "right first time" approach to delicate handwork.
- Reliability: Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and adhere to production schedules.
- Dexterity: Excellent hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity for repetitive, intricate assembly tasks.
