We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join our team on a full-time basis. This role offers approximately 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working 7:30am to 5:00pm, with the option of additional weekend overtime.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important part in keeping operations running smoothly. Your main duties will include:
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Locating and moving stock around the warehouse
- Ensuring the work area is kept clean, tidy, and safe at all times
- Checking deliveries and collections
- Reporting any damaged goods
- Preparing stock for the production lines
The role involves close collaboration with the production teams and the Running Operative, so good communication and teamwork are essential.
What You Need:
- A forklift licence (can be expired as our client is willing to pay to get it renewed)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience
- Good communication and strong teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and solid work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Manual handling experience
