Kingdom Services Group are working in partnership with a Prestigious Retail Client, and we have a great opportunity for a Retail Support Security Officer to join our team. Our client is a highly regarded, household name retailer, well-known for their product innovation and uncompromising quality. They have evolved their retail estate, transforming the customer experience in-store, and are looking for Quality Support Security Officers that reflect the new direction the business has moved in. Where: Euston NW1 area and surrounding sites.
When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team ASAP!
Hours: Up to 60 hours per week over a range of days and variable shifts.
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour.

About the role:
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring the premises.
- Providing a visible deterrent within the store against theft, anti-social behaviour, violence and criminal activity to create and support a safe shopping environment.
- Completing reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Engage with police and other security personnel to improve service levels – this may include crime partnership meetings, shop watch schemes and police meetings.
- Deal with confrontational situations in a calm, sensitive and professional manner.
About you:
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
- Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
- Knowledge of SCONE.
- A valid SIA licence (DS).
- A full five-year checkable employment history.
