Shift Pattern & Training
This role operates on a 4 on, 4 off rotating shift pattern, providing you with consistent blocks of time off.
- The Shifts: 12-hour shifts rotating between:
- Day Shift: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Night Shift: 6:00 pm – 6:00 am
Training Period: Your first week will consist of a dedicated training schedule, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am – 6:00 pm to ensure you are fully prepared for the role.
Pay & Attendance Bonus
- Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour.
- Punctuality Bonus: Earn an extra £50 per week simply for being reliable! This bonus is paid to staff who return from breaks on time and are ready at their workstation at the start of every shift.
