About The Role
As a Production Operative, you’ll play an essential role in the manufacturing process, helping to keep production running smoothly and safely.
Your Duties Will Include:
- Operating and monitoring production and packing machinery
- Carrying out basic quality and safety checks
- Reporting any faults or issues promptly
- Following strict health & safety and quality standards
- Working as part of a close-knit team to meet production targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or machine operating role (preferred but not essential – full training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliability and ability to work 12-hour shifts
- A positive, team-focused attitude
Working Hours:
You’ll work on a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern, giving you a consistent schedule and plenty of time off. Night shift: 6:00pm – 6:00am (four nights on, then four nights off)
What You’ll Get:
