About The Role
Are you ready to lead from the front and make a real difference in your local community? Kingdom Local Authority Support is recruiting an Environmental Enforcement Team Leader to oversee operations in Skegness. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll support and guide a team of officers while actively carrying out enforcement duties yourself. You’ll play a key role in tackling environmental crime, improving public spaces, and ensuring high standards are maintained across your area.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading from the front – conducting patrols and issuing Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs)
- Managing, motivating, and supporting a team of Environmental Enforcement Officers
- Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across your designated area
- Liaising with Local Authority partners and key stakeholders
- Investigating incidents and responding to public concerns
- Enforcing environmental regulations (littering, fly‑tipping, graffiti, waste management)
- Monitoring team performance, standards, and compliance
- Coaching, mentoring, and training new team members
- Preparing reports, case files, and supporting legal processes where required

- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Confident communicator with a professional and calm approach
- Ability to remain resilient in challenging situations
- Previous enforcement, security, or supervisory experience (desirable)
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Flexible, reliable, and proactive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Self-motivated and able to lead by example
