Location: Skegness – PE25 area

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

Shifts: 8-hour shifts between 07:00–22:00

Requirements: Full UK manual driving licence, own transport, must be 21+ and able to pass a basic DBS check

About The Role

Are you ready to lead from the front and make a real difference in your local community? Kingdom Local Authority Support is recruiting an Environmental Enforcement Team Leader to oversee operations in Skegness. This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll support and guide a team of officers while actively carrying out enforcement duties yourself. You’ll play a key role in tackling environmental crime, improving public spaces, and ensuring high standards are maintained across your area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading from the front – conducting patrols and issuing Fixed Penalty Notices (FPNs)
  • Managing, motivating, and supporting a team of Environmental Enforcement Officers
  • Ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across your designated area
  • Liaising with Local Authority partners and key stakeholders
  • Investigating incidents and responding to public concerns
  • Enforcing environmental regulations (littering, fly‑tipping, graffiti, waste management)
  • Monitoring team performance, standards, and compliance
  • Coaching, mentoring, and training new team members
  • Preparing reports, case files, and supporting legal processes where required

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Ability to remain resilient in challenging situations
  • Previous enforcement, security, or supervisory experience (desirable)
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • Flexible, reliable, and proactive attitude
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Self-motivated and able to lead by example
