About The Role

Kingdom Group is looking for a professional and reliable CCTV Security Officer to join our team at a site in the Selby area.

This is a varied and dynamic role where you will provide a strong and visible security presence, helping to maintain a safe and secure environment while supporting site operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating gatehouse, weighbridge, and CCTV systems
  • Conducting regular and random patrols of the site and perimeter
  • Maintaining a safe and secure environment for staff and visitors
  • Monitoring premises and responding to incidents and emergencies
  • Completing accurate reports and recording observations
  • Carrying out vehicle searches, mobile patrols, and foot patrols
  • Supporting site operations and management when required
  • Managing challenging situations calmly and professionally
  • What We’re Looking For
  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
  • Valid SIA CCTV Licence (essential)
  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
  • Proven experience in security, including gatehouse and CCTV duties
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good IT skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and observation skills
  • Knowledge of site security procedures and public safety
  • Ability to write clear and accurate reports
  • Flexible approach and available at short notice
