About The Role
Kingdom Group is recruiting Retail Security Relief Officers to support Tesco stores in Rushden. This is a flexible relief position suited to individuals who can adapt to different shift patterns and store requirements. You will play a key role in ensuring a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for both customers and staff while representing the Kingdom brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of the store to maintain safety and security
- Act as a visible deterrent to theft and anti‑social behaviour
- Monitor store activity and respond promptly to incidents
- Complete accurate incident reports and maintain clear records
- Support Tesco colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements
- Valid SIA Licence (Door Supervision or Security Guarding)
- Full 5‑year checkable work history
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle (essential)
- Willingness to travel when required
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Good observational skills and sound judgement
- Previous security experience desirable but not essential
