We have hours available for a Security Officer. The assignment is for a Retail Security Officer working at a supermarket in Inverness IV2 3PX.
Shift details: 4 on 4 off, Monday to Saturday 14:00 – 22:00, Sunday 10:00 – 20:00.
Pay rate: £12.21 per hour. Weekly or monthly pay.
Benefits include:
- Full PAYE status (still allows Tax Credits/SSP, etc.)
- Remain eligible for SSP/SMP
- Weekly pay every Friday
- Holiday pay
- Job flexibility, allowing registration with multiple companies
- Claim and be paid for legitimate HMRC work/travel expenses
- Company Pension – NEST (auto-enrolled if eligible, with a one-month opt-out period)
Role responsibilities:
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel
- Providing a visible deterrent within the store
- Completing reports recording observations, incidents, and surveillance activities
- Working as part of a team to meet customer requirements
- Handling difficult situations professionally and safely
Candidate requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional approach, good judgment, keen eye for detail
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential
- A valid SIA Licence
- Full five-year checkable employment history
You will receive a separate employment contract from your employer. Pay is processed weekly by HIVE 360 Payroll Services. You will not work directly for Kingdom Services Group but may transfer to a Kingdom contract in the future.
