Location: Redcar, TS10 area
Hours: Average hours per week, shifts as per site rota: 4 on 4 off, Monday to Saturday 07:00-14:00 or 14:00-21:00, Sundays 10:00-16:00
Salary: £12.21 per hour

Role Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe environment by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel
- Provide a visible deterrent within the store
- Complete reports by recording observations and activities
- Work as part of a team to meet customer needs
- Handle difficult situations professionally and safely
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional approach with good judgment and attention to detail
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential
- Valid SIA Licence or application in progress
