Location: Brighton, BN1 area.

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Kingdom Group is looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for a proven recruiter who enjoys building client relationships, developing new business, and supporting the development of recruitment colleagues. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the existing client base and increase the division's sales by developing new business and sourcing suitable candidates and/or recruiting suitable temporary workers.
  • Proactively manage day-to-day relationships with clients.
  • Candidate registration, interview selection.
  • Ensure all Nurses and Care Support workers complete required training levels for their position and/or obtain correct certificates.
  • Attract good quality applicants to Kingdom People maximising all methods of advertising and available resources.
  • Ensure all candidates are entered onto the Company CRM.
  • Investigate new clients, follow up all leads and gather market information.
  • Use the sales process to ensure all prospects meet division criteria and make regular business development calls to existing and potential clients, recording them on the Company CRM.
  • Promote yourself positively utilising approved social media such as LinkedIn.
  • Develop good relationships with existing and new clients and candidates.
  • Attend client visits with the objective of promoting Kingdom People.
  • Monitor market conditions and competitor activities providing information and reports to the Snr/Consultant/Manager.
  • Ensure that client information is updated on the Company CRM.
  • Adhere to all ISO procedures and policies as documented in the Quality Manual.
  • Adhere to Company GDPR procedures and policies.
  • Ensure the completion of temporary payroll each week (temporary worker consultant only).
  • Cover out of hours phone, evening and weekends and occasionally onsite during busy periods or events (temporary worker consultant only).
  • Assist with any complaints or investigations.
  • Provide weekly statistics as required.

Professional Qualifications & Licenses:

  • GCSEs (C or above) in English and Mathematics essential.
  • Business, Administrative or Health Care qualifications advantageous.
  • A background in Health Social Care or Health Social Care recruitment would be beneficial.
  • Driving licence required.
