Where: Aberdeen, AB21 area.
When: We’re looking to get the right person in to the team with an immediate start!
Hours: On average 60 hours per week, as per site rota. Monday to Friday 06:00am to 18:00pm
Salary: £12.34 per hour.

About the role:
- Meet, greet and assist visitors / staff / contractors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Issue correct passes and record information accurately.
- Answering all calls, transferring and being responsible for the switchboard.
- Issuing appropriate passes and monitoring flow of people to ensure security systems and linked items are responsibly issued and returned.
- Record keeping of all contractors, visitors and staff as well as keys, couriers and incidents and maintaining relevant documentation for the above.
- Assist in emergency situations and drills.
- Contribute to security and control room duties where appropriate.
- Maintain a vigilant and alert approach at all times and challenge anything out of the ordinary.
- Helping with guest queries, client requests or problems and front of house couriers, post and related documentation.
- Maintain a high standard of keeping the work area tidy.
- Booking meeting rooms.
- Keeping yourself smart and presentable and polite.
- Carry out any other duties advised by duty manager.
About you:
- Excellent communication & customer service skills.
- Professional in approach, with a balanced sense of judgement, and a keen eye for detail.
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential.
- A valid SIA Licence.
- A full five-year checkable employment history.
