We’re recruiting six Picker Packers to join a growing production and fulfilment site in Marden, Kent, supporting a purpose‑driven consumer brand that’s changing the way people buy household products. This is a business that cares about sustainability, teamwork and doing things the right way — not just hitting targets.
What’s the role all about?
As a Picker Packer, you’ll be a key part of the warehouse and production operation, ensuring customer orders are picked, packed and prepared accurately and efficiently.
This is a hands‑on role where attention to detail, consistency and teamwork really matter.
You’ll Be Responsible For
- Picking customer orders accurately
- Packing products safely and to specification
- Preparing orders for dispatch
- Checking items for quality and damage
- Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe
- Following Health & Safety procedures at all times
- Working closely with team leaders and colleagues to meet daily targets
No two days are the same, but you’ll always know the impact your work has.
What You’ll Need
To be successful as a Picker Packer, you’ll bring:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, production or packing role (helpful but not essential)
- A strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work at pace and meet deadlines
- Willingness to be on your feet and handle physical tasks
- A team‑focused mindset and reliability
Full training will be provided — attitude and reliability are key.
Hours & Pay
- £31,473 per annum
- 45 hours per week
- Monday to Friday | 7:00am – 5:00pm
- Permanent roles
- Location: Marden, Kent
