An excellent opportunity has arisen to join Kingdom Cleaning as a Part Time cleaner working at the P olice Station in Aberystwyth, SY23 area.
The Cleaning Staff will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness, hygiene, and overall maintenance of the Police Station.
The role includes cleaning offices, common areas, holding cells, restrooms, and other designated spaces while following safety and security protocols.
Hours: On average 10 β 15 hours per week, shifts as per site rota. Monday to Friday 08:00am β 10:00am or 09:00am β 12:00pm.
Pay rate: Β£11.44 per hour rising to Β£12.21 per hour in April.
Offer of employment will be subject to police vetting being completed.

Responsibilities:

- The Cleaner will be responsible for the cleaning of all areas within the contract.
- Achieving high standards, you will ensure the service is operated safely and hygienically.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors in all areas of the station.
- Dust and wipe down furniture, workstations, and equipment.
- Clean windows, doors, and other glass surfaces.
- Regularly clean and disinfect restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Refill soap dispensers, toilet paper, and other hygiene supplies.
- Empty bins and dispose of waste according to station regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in holding cells while adhering to security protocols.
- Sanitize areas used for detainees and visitors as per standard operating procedures.
